第三段中的plan很难想，是不是对他们未来的规划呢？concept要说成是概念好象又很唐突和不通，free可能是指他和她现在这种独自一人的又很迷失的状态，女的不是想一个人自由着吗？out of hand也有失去控制的意思。可以找些贴切的词改改： 我以前会设想一点点（我们的）未来， 想象出我在这里的应该扮演的角色，（concept可能是说他脑子里老是有这种想法或是幻想） 不过现在这角色已经不再是我（这种想法已经不再出现在我的脑海中）。 我甚至真的不知道自己是谁。 我只能说， 或许我应该做点我该做的事来打破这种迷失， 不过你我都会明白， 以后无论你做什么(无论你发生什么事)， 都和我无关（都不会再发生在我身上，真够绕的）。 (以前他老是要为两个人着想，现在看来是没必要了。)
