我是给转到了ETX，然后周一的时候到账ETX账户，第二天申请了出金。现在账户已经扣除，资金还没到账，等待中。

论坛有人说已经拿到'我朋友转到etx的也到了'我的是上周五收到邮件说已经汇出'但是现在还没有收到'周一问下看什么情况！

周一是英国银行节，估计周二就会有人开始收到钱了。

你当初选的是KPMG还是FSCS？ 如果选FSCS，现在第一批客户应该已经拿到赔偿了，而且会收到这封邮件：FSCS confirmation e-mail of Alpari (UK) Limited (in special administration) electronic compensation payment ； 如果是KPMG，他们分多批次把客户的钱打回去。他们可能会在六月份开始把第一批次的钱打给客户，也就是资金总额的51%，如果账户总资金低于200，就还要等第二、三批次的资金开始发放时才能收到钱，因为KPMG认为100美金的发放没啥意义。

请问你是什么时候申请退款的？我的账户也转给了ETX，上周申请出金，不给我出，没有扣款。

我上周一到账ETX，然后ETX周二扣款，查了一下银行账户，是周四到账的。 ETX毕竟没做过，先出了再说。

我都没选择过。没收到这样的邮件。因为有二个户头，一个没钱了，一个还有124.58刀，没钱的给我转到ETX了，有钱的ETX说查不到这个户头，叫我找KPMG，可不给我任何回音。

索赔网站里，登录上去选的，里面有一页提示，你是否需要把索赔提交到FSCS，选择是，就要点击接受FSCS的条款，你回忆一下选的是还是否。如果不记得，就去邮箱找一下，当时你选完以后，有一封邮件会发到你的邮箱，里面包含了这些信息。

哦哦。那你出金的银行账号是原来艾弗瑞的还是 新的？

是这样：我5月16日（周六）收到ETX邮件，说FSCS已经将资金转入我的ETX账户了，于是我当晚在ETX网站申请退款。然后5月18日（周一）收到ETX邮件，要求提供银行账号等信息，我立即邮件把这些信息回复了回去。（银行账号我用的是当初申请艾福瑞的那个），接下来5月21日我收到银行短信，美元赔偿款到账。
