Fundanmental On Wednesday there is a few datas reported in the market. However, The sales of a new benchmark 10 year yield at record low average yield of 1.77% in Germeny.It caused the EUR/USD broke the highest price on Monday and reach 1.3156. In European session on Thursday, the market will focus on the ECB Monthly Report, which should include the recent statement of Euro debt crisis.To solve the crisis ,with shrinking Manufacturing and high unemployment rate, it is concentrated on what will the ECB do on the monetary policy。I believe that the ECB need more money to pour in the manufacture industry to stimulate the employment and economic. In US session, the Producer Price Index in March and Trade Balance in Feb in US will be reported.Moreover, we should pay attention to the speech from Fed's Lockhart. Technical Daily Charts Trend: go down after fluctuating in narrow range There is a fluctuation in range which is from 1.3003 to 1.3485 after the price rebounded from 1.2610 to 1.3485. On Wednesday it is the fourth day that price have corrected after the continuous four day falling, which was from April 2 to April 5. It is the fifth day today, no matter which side, 1.3033 and 1.3156, is broken, the price will go further following the broken direction.However, if the price is suppurted above 1.3049, the correction will continue longer and turn the contractional form. On Thursday it is most important that the support level is along the purple trend line at 1.3049. 4 Hours Charts Trend: go down after fluctuating In the last 24 hours, the price almost touched the Fibonacci 38.2% retracement which is 1.3169.Following the trend of green bullish channel, the price is now in the middle. The important resistance level is still 1.3169, and also the red trend line which is the upside of the red bearish channel is still the strong resistance against the price.
